Which Resort You Should Stay At, Based On Your Zodiac Sign

In Orlando, Florida, the Walt Disney World Resort is the home of myriad top hotels in the central Florida area. Many Disney complexes around the world are limited in their on-site residencies. In Orlando, though, Disney World almost has too many resorts, so it can be hard to narrow down which one is the best to stay at when visiting the hub of all theme parks.

Fortunately, none of the hotels at Disney overlap when it comes to what amenities and features they offer to guests. They are so disparate and occupy so many different niches, that the ideal hotel for a guest can even be determined by the characteristics of one’s Zodiac sign.

12 Aries: Boardwalk

One of the prevailing characteristics of an Aries is their tendency to yearn for excitement in all walks of life. As such, an Aries is best-aligned with a hotel experience that is more than just beige walls, a soft bed, and quality room service.

An Aries wants nightlife! Excitement! Some atmosphere and culture! The Boardwalk Resort will provide this clearly, as it’s situated near a number of bars, restaurants, and ice cream parlors. Not to mention, Boardwalk games will help satiate an Aries’ competitive spirit.

11 Taurus: All-Star Movies

A Taurus is not keen on as many frills and thrills in a hotel as an Aries is. All a Taurus needs out of a resort is a dependable setting. If the basics are met, then the fun can be had elsewhere for a Taurus.

Not to mention, a Taurus will always appreciate a bargain. All-Star Movies provides this, as one of the value resorts at Disney. It provides the necessities and some flair (along with a movie night or two during a stay), but does not exceed its reach. It’s perfectly reliable.

10 Gemini: Port Orleans

The beauty of the Port Orleans Resort at Walt Disney World is that it encompasses two distinct cultures. One celebrates the city atmosphere of the French Quarter and all of its accompanying New Orleans parties.

The other represents the more rural side of the South, with beautiful views of rivers and fields along the way. Considering that a Gemini’s preferences can change on any given day, Port Orleans is the best choice because they can surround themselves with whatever their preferred environment is at any given moment.

9 Cancer: Caribbean Beach

At Disney, the Caribbean Beach Resort is an underrated one. It’s fairly secluded and not the flashiest, most famous resort. However, its soft sensibility mixes with a welcoming atmosphere that is low-key when compared to the rest of Disney.

This will be abundantly appreciated by Cancers in the Zodiac. Typically, Cancers are compassionate, intuitive people. Caribbean Beach is a perfect match because it’s intrinsically capable of intuiting exactly what guests need, without going overboard into Disney bombast.

8 Leo: Animal Kingdom Lodge

Leos will not be content with any old resort experience. Instead, they’ll want to stay at a hotel that matches their intense spirit and provides plenty of offerings to satisfy their outgoing demeanor.

Animal Kingdom Lodge is a paragon of these virtues. There is always some sort of event or activity transpiring at the Lodge to complement the residential desires of a Leo. Not to mention, while there won’t be any lions prowling the resort, plenty of protected and free animals can be seen from hotel room views. A Leo would flip for that.

7 Virgo: Coronado Springs

When Virgos come to Disney World, there’s a good chance that they might not actually be there to shake hands with Donald Duck or take a trip on the Jungle Cruise. Because of how all-encompassing Disney has become, some business trips are even held there.

As such, some Virgos may embrace the practical side of Disney over anything else, taking advantage of the individualistic amenities over the fantastical ones. If this is the case, a Virgo will be best at home at Coronado Springs, which keeps the Disney vibe to a minimum and provides plenty of space for meetings and conferences (as well as NBA practices).

6 Libra: Grand Floridian

The Grand Floridian is a Disney hotel that is synonymous with grace and regalness. As a prominent fixture in the Magic Kingdom resort area, the G-Flo (as it’s affectionately known) stands for formality and the lavish, luxurious side of life.

The energy of the Grand Floridian is an energy deeply present within Libras. A Libra always carries them grace and dignity. The only resort that could provide the necessary back-drop for Libras to feel comfortable is the similarly gracious Grand Floridian.

5 Scorpio: Polynesian

Recently, the Polynesian Village Resort underwent a few minor changes to bring the characters of Moana into the hotel rooms. It’s a perfect IP-centric match, considering that the Polynesian has always been emblematic of the adventurous spirit found in Motunui.

Scorpios complete the triad of courageous explorers. They’ll love the sea-faring spirit of the Polynesian, as well as the chill vibes in the evening, as the hotel is lit with tiki torches and becomes awash with some rum-infused Dole Whips. The Poly is a dream for any guest, but doubly so for brave Scorpios.

4 Sagittarius: Pop Century

A Sagittarius will usually be amenable to any sort of hotel setting, but they will be even more enthralled and welcomed if a hotel embraces a funny, optimistic perspective. It helps the lively environment go the extra mile for Sagittarians.

Of all the hotels, Pop Century probably has the most humorous elements. There is always engaging trivia on the resort walks, as well as fun cultural relics that can be observed by multiple generations of the same family. The gregarious nature of Pop Century will be best-suited for Sagittarians, though.

3 Capricorn: Wilderness Lodge

A Capricorn has a vast appreciation for being alone and spending some time with their thoughts. That’s difficult to find at Disney, especially on a family vacation perhaps, but the Wilderness Lodge does what it can to afford guests the opportunity.

For example, the solitary lake behind the resort and the running trails that surround it both provide guests with the ability to clear their heads. Capricorns are the ones likeliest to take advantage of this, though.

2 Aquarius: Contemporary

When the Contemporary was constructed for the opening of Walt Disney World, it was designed with Magic Kingdom sightlines in mind, so it could blend into Tomorrowland. This is the kind of forward-thinking originality that has always defined the Contemporary.

Aquarians will undoubtedly appreciate that their own harbored individuality is reflected by the Contemporary, which still feels modern as it nears its 50th birthday. The uncompromising Monorail passing through it will also be embraced by Aquarians, who just love seeing hotels stray from the well-trod paths on occasion.

1 Pisces: Art Of Animation

Lastly, the Art of Animation is certainly a no-brainer. The entire staff, from lifeguards to bellhops to check-in attendants, work towards the same goal of harnessing the beauty of creativity and artistry.

It’s represented at every turn of the hotel, as characters from Ariel to Simba are happy to greet guests of any age and sign. It will likely be the Pisces figures who embrace the Art of Animation the most, though, as Pisces is directly connected to the qualities of empathy and artistry.
