When I asked why there was no running facility in Northeast Queens at a community board meeting I was told to go to Queensborough Community’s track. Why is there no such facility like in Forest Park or Juniper Valley Park?
There are 2 skating rinks not far from each other but a track would draw a larger number of users. How about putting one at Bayside fields?

I met Paul Vallone when he became city councilman at a networking event at Queens College. I voiced my displease of the status of The Bay Terrace – small stores, high rents, limited choices . He told me he was meeting with Cord Meyer to address those issues.
Since that time things have only gotten worse at “The Worst Shopping Center in Queens”. They are more interested in selling million dollar homes than the needs of our community. Do u really need five banks, a physical therapist and pediatrician at a shopping center? Only when you fail to attract the right retailer.

Cant believe schools are closed why not start summer vacation now for them and start school again when the vaccinations are plentiful any thoughts because most teachers wont give up there summer time off dont you think that would be a commonsense solution

There is a new bakery opening at 249-14 Horace Harding Expy. First New business to open in this area in a long time. I will be checking it out this week. Hope it is great. I miss Richers Bakery.

Alley pond parks new office in the parking area looks bad and ruined the solace of the park along with trash everywhere now lots of cars and many park employees not using the new landscape equipment to keep it nice wasted laboring the park it’s a shame any thoughts

THEY CUT MANY TREES ON SPRINGFIED BLVD BY WALGREENS AND HORACE HARDING and they were very old ones and they never replaced them it looks terrible and ruins the nieghborhood feel along with food carts on 73rd ave this is not astoria call your officials very unpleasant
