Passenger Marilyn Sylver was dissatisfied after organizing to go on the trip for two years.

“The boat has taken off,” Sylver claimed. “Nobody has talked to us. No one has offered us transportation or viewed that we had a place to remain. They just maintain (acting) like ‘you’re at fault.’”

Syler said she and the other individuals live on fixed incomes and now have to address hotel expenditures and an early flight again to Illinois.

“They explained vaccinated and unvaccinated is welcome,” she stated. “But when we bought listed here, they acted like we squandered our time and we understood improved. We did not.”
