Travel again in time at Plant City’s practice-themed café

The Whistle End Café has been a fixture in downtown Plant City for 125 a long time. 

“It’s form of like The Andy Griffith Clearly show, kind of back again in time,” laughed co-owner Marti Lofstrom. 

She and her partner, Jerry have been proprietors for 21 of these years. Jerry claims they acquired the Whistle Halt from the first owner’s daughter.

Whistle End Café serves do-it-yourself soups, salads and sandwiches. They make their very own bread fresh new every early morning.
