The Newest Vacation resort in St Maarten Is Now Open Caribbean Journal

The most expected new resort in St Maarten in several years has opened its doors, Caribbean Journal has learned. 

The Morgan Resort, established in the heart of Simpson Bay, is a main new resort for the vacation spot. 

The lodge officially opened June 1 with a smooth glimpse at the corner of Simpson Bay near to Princess Juliana Intercontinental Airport. 

The resort has as whole of 124 rooms and suites, with a contemporary structure centered close to a beach-fashion finite pool — and a rooftop observation deck best for checking out the landings at the airport.

All of the rooms have views of either the infinity pool and the Caribbean Sea or the jets at Princess Juliana that’s along with a selection of penthouse suites with grasp bedrooms, independent dwelling parts and dining room for social gatherings. 

Each area has a spa-model rest room, a 55-inch flat-display Television and free Wi-Fi, among the other touches. 

The eating system is highlighted by an eatery termed SALT, helmed by Best Chef alum Ron Duprat, extensive just one of the region’s primary cooks and advocates for Caribbean delicacies.

Duprat has teamed up with Government Chef David Seeman on a French Caribbean menu “blending daring flavors with health and fitness dishes and domestically resource seafood,” according to the resort.

The eatery is joined by a pair of bars, like the beach-type swim-up bar known as “Bar M” (it’s even dwelling to a blackjack table).
