Sylvan Lake’s history dates back again to 1818 when an expedition led by the Rev. John Montieth rode into the space to see what lay involving Detroit and the freshly founded submit of Pontiac. The party will finish with a concert by the Motor Metropolis Brass Band of which Martin is a member.
