Fennel-citrus salad will be among the items served with European small-plates restaurant Mina pops up at Dubbel Dutch Hotel, 817 N. Marshall St., in March.

The to start with foods at Dubbel Dutch boutique hotel in Yankee Hill will be served in March, when foods hall seller Mina will prepare European-fashion small plates about two weekends.

The Dubbel Dutch, built as a double residence in 1898 at 817 N. Marshall St., opened in summer season. The pandemic and economic downturn scuttled strategies for a cafe at the lodge identified as the Horned Hare, but a tavern opened in December. The lodge continue to is in search of an operator for a permanent restaurant for the place.

Mina, which operates at Crossroads Collective food corridor, will be at the resort the nights of March 4 to 6 and 11 to 13.

Starting at 4 p.m. right until 10 p.m., consumers can pick out from an a la carte menu of treats and an entrée-sized, handmade pasta.

Mina's marinated olives will be among the snacks available at the restaurant's two-weekend pop-up at the Dubbel Dutch downtown in March.
