Manchester Hotel on Lee’s Wharf in Newport RI expected to open up in 2023

NEWPORT — Entrepreneurs of the prepared 21-room Manchester Resort on Lee’s Wharf anticipate to start out building this summer time with a grand opening specific for 2023.

The hotel will have a cafe on the 2nd flooring with a liquor license. The co-house owners of the lodge, Howard Cushing of Ocean Avenue and Wirt Blaffer of Houston, Texas, have obtained the license held by 8-10 Broadway LLC, the address of the previous restaurant Hope on Broadway.
