Professional travel on some New Jersey highways will be limited beginning Monday early morning as forecasts simply call for freezing rain and sleet, the condition Office of Transportation introduced Sunday.

Components of the condition could be in keep for a winter season storm and risky highway problems, the office mentioned.

Morris, Sussex, Warren, Somerset and Hunterdon counties are less than an ice storm warning from 6 p.m. Monday by means of 10 a.m. Tuesday, according to the National Weather Provider. Middlesex, Mercer, western Monmouth, Salem, Gloucester, Camden, Burlington and Ocean counties are below winter advisories from 1 p.m. Monday till 2 a.m. Tuesday.

The professional vacation ban usually takes result at 8 a.m. Monday and applies to tractor-trailers, empty straight CDL-weighted vans, vehicles pulling trailers, RVs and bikes touring in either path on:

– Interstate 78 in between the Pennsylvania border and the turnpike

– Interstate 80 from the Pennsylvania border to the New Jersey Turnpike

– Interstate 280 from Interstate 80 to the Turnpike

– Interstate 287 from Route 440 to the New York border,

– Route 440 in between the Outerbridge Crossing and I-287

The New Jersey Turnpike, Garden Condition Parkway, Atlantic Town Expressway and interstates 76, 195, 295 and 676 are exempt from the Monday limits.

All drivers are inspired to keep off the streets, the transportation department said. If journey just can’t be avoided, transportation officers propose motorists allot further time, leave enough area involving autos, allow plows to move, use caution on bridges and ramps and pull off the street if disorders worsen.
