Hyatt has named a new running director for its most recent vacation resort in the Caribbean: the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico.

The enterprise has tapped Mark Frances to the part he experienced most not long ago served as the handling director at the Queen Mary in Extended Beach, Calif. 

His other stops have involved work at houses in Saint Lucia, Barbados, Grenada and Aruba, among other places. 

“The Caribbean, exclusively Puerto Rico, is 1 of the couple destinations in the world where I sense most at property. I am humbled to sign up for the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico group and assist further more establish the vacation resort as just one of the leading places in Puerto Rico,” Frances mentioned. 

He is joined by a new director of advertising and marketing and communications for the home, Betty Gonzalez. 

“I’ve always admired this house during my several years doing work in the hospitality industry in Puerto Rico and am thrilled to be a part of the crew right after its current renovation and launch of new facilities and programming,” Gonzalez explained. “I look forward functioning alongside Mark and the relaxation of the management group to showcase our impressive assets to the globe.”

Hyatt opened the vacation resort at the end of 2019, subsequent a transformation of the former Gran Melia vacation resort in Coco Beach.
