Wisconsin-based mostly Hendricks Commercial Homes introduced Thursday that it will start development on the second stage of the Bottleworks District this summertime.
The new addition — which will contain two workplace properties, retail room, an built-in parking garage and streetscape — will be developed along School Avenue involving Massachusetts Avenue and 9th Street.

Hendricks explained the growth will bring an further 182,000 square ft of business room, 38,000-sq.-feet of ground flooring retail and restaurant place, and 260 parking areas to the $300 million blended-use advancement.
Hendricks mentioned it designs to develop two workplace properties with ground flooring retail and a parking garage. It also will insert streetscape and make landscape enhancements.

The Lumina Basis declared in December that it will anchor a 5-tale office environment developing at the corner of Massachusetts and College or university avenues. The new office environment creating will have four floor of place of work space and ground-amount retail. The Lumina Foundation will occupy 24,000-square-ft on the building’s leading floor.
The next new office making that will be located on University Avenue and 9th Street will have a few-and-a-50 percent stories of office environment room in addition to new ground-level retail.
Both buildings will have access to a climate-controlled parking garage, Hendricks reported. The architectural design and style of the structures will mix in with historic structures prolonged Mass Avenue and will feature masonry, steel and outsized warehouse home windows. The Phase II structures are predicted to be finished in 2024 and 2025.
