Wisconsin-dependent Hendricks Industrial Attributes announced Thursday that it will begin building on the second stage of the Bottleworks District this summer months.
The new addition — which will involve two business office structures, retail house, an integrated parking garage and streetscape — will be constructed together Faculty Avenue involving Massachusetts Avenue and 9th Street.

Hendricks reported the growth will bring an more 182,000 sq. toes of business space, 38,000-sq.-ft of ground floor retail and cafe room, and 260 parking spaces to the $300 million blended-use enhancement.

Hendricks reported it options to establish two office buildings with floor flooring retail and a parking garage. It also will add streetscape and make landscape improvements.

Bottleworks Hotel opened in 2020, followed by foods hall
The Bottleworks District opened in December 2020, inviting tourists to stay at the 139-home boutique hotel that occupies the top rated two floors of the historic former Coca-Cola bottling plant’s administration developing in the 800 block of Mass Ave. A food hall known as the Garage opened weeks soon after in early 2021.

The Lumina Foundation introduced in December that it will anchor a 5-tale business building at the corner of Massachusetts and College or university avenues. The new workplace constructing will have four floor of business house and ground-level retail. The Lumina Foundation will occupy 24,000-square-toes on the building’s major flooring.
The next new workplace developing that will be positioned on School Avenue and 9th Street will have three-and-a-half stories of office room in addition to new ground-level retail.
Equally structures will have access to a weather-managed parking garage, Hendricks mentioned. The architectural type of the properties will mix in with historic buildings lengthy Mass Avenue and will aspect masonry, metal and oversized warehouse windows. The new retail house will out of doors patio and dining house.
The Period II properties are expected to be finished in 2024 and 2025.
