4 charged with working with bogus vaccination cards to journey to state

The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reported Thursday Enzo and Daniela Dalmazzo, of Miami were being arraigned at Honolulu District Court earlier this week on charges of violating Gov. David Ige’s crisis proclamation by allegedly submitting falsified vaccination playing cards in the Safe Travels Program.

The Hawaii Department of the Attorney General stated airport screeners alerted authorities of the bogus cards.
